This could be a really long list – you already know that. But here’s the thing.

You’re the leader, which means that even as life leads you down detours (and yes, many of them are really valuable), it’s your job to get back to that important stuff – especially the strategic stuff – that may not be urgent, but it remains really important.

So, give some thought to the important stuff that’s waiting patiently for you to push aside all the distractors and dig into it.
