The Big Bang

Reading time: 21 seconds

Wrap your head around this definition:

The Big Bang – A Day With No Yesterday.

No need to spiral into disorientation about that.  Just get that there are many ways to think about nearly everything.

How do you think about your leadership? Is your thinking inhibited by sclerotic assumptions, like tomorrow will look pretty much like today?  Is that way of thinking likely to produce the results you want?  Try this exercise and see what happens:

  1. Write in less than 15 words what you want.  Along with that, write a short, clear statement about why that is most important to you.
  2. What has to happen regarding those who look to you for leadership in order for Number 1 above to occur (i.e. you get what you want)?
  3. What are you prepared to do so that Number 2 happens, resulting in Number 1 happening?

Now, go create your own Big Bang – the start of you getting more of what you want and less of what you don’t want.
